Herb-Crusted Prime Rib – 12 or 16 ounce cut, au jus, horseradish, oven roasted potatoes, broccolini
Joyce Farms Half Chicken – Peruvian-style roasted half chicken, roasted potatoes, baby carrots, aji verde aioli
8 oz. Filet Mignon – Grilled center cut filet, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, medley of roasted mushrooms, red wine demi-glace. Add Lobster Tail for additional cost.
Plum Wine Braised Short Ribs – Yukon gold mashed potatoes, broccolini, plum wine demi-glace, crispy shallots, pickled red onions

Spent a couple hours on Pokiig last week going through the puzzle section. A few of the games were more engaging than I expected — kept telling myself one more level and then lost track of time.
